EO Toronto hosted a virtual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Salon to help our members become aware of their own unconscious bias and learn how they can bring awareness and action back to their own organizations. Michele Romanow, Wes Hall and Sage Paul along with Lenore MacAdam, addressed the big question – How can we as entrepreneurs and leaders become aware of what we are not aware of to embrace diversity, equality, and inclusion in our businesses and in our lives?
