ABOUT JOHN FRASER
John is a professional EOS implementer who’s core focus is to help entrepreneurs get everything they want from their business by providing a complete system with simple tools to help do 3 things we call Vision, Traction, Healthy.

1. Vision: getting your leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it is going to get there.

2. Traction: helping your leaders become more disciplined and accountable, always executing in alignment with your vision substantially increasing the probability of its realization.

3. Healthy: helping your leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team because unfortunately leaders often do not function well as a team. A healthy leadership team is what separates great from good companies.
